NMIXX‘s Bae gave fans a good laugh with her rendition of Orange Caramel‘s famous “Catallena” intro.
Originally released in 2014 by Orange Caramel, a subunit of After School, “Catallena” is known for its unique opening where each member takes turns spinning and shouting.
During NMIXX‘s first fan concert in Seoul, Jiwoo, Haewon, and Bae performed a special cover of this iconic song.
Bae‘s hilarious shriek during the performance caught everyone’s attention and had fans and netizens in stitches.
Fans playfully joked on social media that “the venue’s architecture shook during Bae’s part” because of her powerful scream.
Later in the concert, the three members surprised the audience with an encore of the intro, with Bae once again delivering her impressively strong scream.
