“Title Makeover”— IU Changes ‘Love Wins’ Featuring BTS’ V Following Backlash

IU has changed the name of her pre-release song, which used to be called “Love Wins.”

The singer-songwriter released a teaser poster for her upcoming pre-release single with V from BTS. The pairing got people excited, but the title of her single made some people nervous.

There was controversy because “Love Wins” has been a slogan in pride events for sexual minorities, and some people said the choice of song title was wrong and took away from the original meaning.

Some people said it didn’t change the main theme of love winning over everything.

IU‘s label, EDAM Entertainment, has now put out a new teaser poster with the new title of the song, “Love Wins All.” It said, “We decided to change the title to respect and support everyone who loves in their various ways, and we accept the opinions of those who express concerns that precious messages might be blurred due to the title.”

This is what EDAM Entertainment had to say about the new game. What do you think?
