She announced that her new song, ‘I’, will be released on the 22nd at 6 p.m. This comeback comes after a hiatus of 1 year and 8 months since her collaboration with Kim Min-seok of Melomance on ‘Flower’ in March of last year.
Describing ‘I’ as a medium-tempo pop ballad with a blend of acoustic and electric guitar sounds, Park Bom expresses a sentimental lyricism that portrays the lonely and indifferent emotions of ‘I’, who is alone.
Previously, Park Bom grabbed attention for her rapid weight loss with the help of a diet company. She has faced controversies and scrutiny surrounding ‘health anomalies’ since her days with 2NE1 when she had a fuller figure.
However, Park Bom revealed that she successfully lost a total of 11 kg, going from 70 kg to 59 kg with the assistance of the diet company. Park Bom struggled with mood swings and an uncontrollable appetite due to ADD medication, making it difficult for her to lead a normal life. After discontinuing the medication, she shocked many with her weight loss.
