According to the real estate industry on March 9, Jun Ji Hyun bought a three-story (1,524 pyeong) commercial building located in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul for about 50.5 billion won in her personal name on February 25.
It is reported that Jun Ji Hyun bought the mall by adding about 20 billion won in cash to the 30.5 billion won received through a real estate mortgage.
Jun Ji Hyun is known as a big player in the real estate industry.
