Singer Jeon Somi is set to make her mark in the beauty industry with the launch of her own brand, ‘GLYF’, on April 2.

On March 27 KST, the singer unveiled the brand’s official website and introduced its debut product, a special highlighter palette.

The palette boasts four vibrant colors and is priced at 43,000 KRW (~$32 USD).

While the brand’s aggressive marketing strategy has sparked curiosity among fans, some netizens expressed reservations about the pricing of the highlighter palette, deeming it “too expensive.”

A few commented that they would prefer to invest a little more for renowned brands like ‘Dior’ or ‘Chanel’.

Despite the mixed reactions, ‘GLYF’ is gearing up to launch a range of new products following the debut of its highlighter palette, promising an exciting lineup for beauty enthusiasts.
