Jung Hae In is currently in discussions to take on the lead role in the upcoming drama ‘Mom’s Friend’s Son’. News of the actor’s potential involvement in the tvN series broke on November 3, prompting his agency FNC Entertainment to clarify the situation.
They stated, “‘Mom’s Friend’s Son’ is a project that he has been offered a role in, and he is currently reviewing it.”
Should he join the cast, this would mark Jung Hae In‘s first venture into the romantic-comedy genre. The drama will be helmed by director Yoo Je Won and writer Shin Ha Eun, both notable for their work on the popular series ‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’.
The production team of ‘Mom’s Friend’s Son’ has plans to commence filming in the first half of 2024, with the drama’s premiere scheduled for the following year. Details will be shared as they become available.
