On May 5th, tvN’s ‘Queen of Tears: Miraculous Record zip Episode 2‘ revealed the top three moments that had viewers sobbing right along with the ‘Baek-Hong Couple’.
Third Place: The Heartbreaking Hospital Scene
This scene, which had 1935 votes, shows Hong Hae In (played by Kim Ji Won) being wheeled into surgery. Tearfully, she asks Baek Hyun Woo (Kim Soo Hyun), “What if I forget you and act out?”
With a brave smile, Baek Hyun Woo reassures her, “You’ve had your bad days, but that doesn’t matter. Just focus on getting through the surgery.” As she’s taken away, he can’t hold back his tears.
Second Place: The Cathedral Meltdown
With 3534 votes, this scene features Baek Hyun Woo finding a distraught Hong Hae In in a cathedral. As he holds her, she cries, “Don’t make me want to live. I won’t remember you.”
Baek Hyun Woo responds, “I promised to stay by your side, so don’t worry and stay here.”

This scene was the clear winner with a whopping 12,000 votes. After witnessing a car accident involving Hong Hae In, Baek Hyun Woo rushes to the wreckage.
