Actress Park Hye Soo to launch first-ever song following comeback to showbiz

Actress Park Hye Soo, who recently made a comeback to the entertainment industry following school violence allegations and legal disputes, is now venturing into the music world.

She is scheduled to release her own song on October 26, which will mark her official debut as a singer.

This upcoming song holds great significance for Park Hye Soo as it will be her first official music release, despite having previously lent her vocals to TV drama soundtracks.

In fact, she surprised fans by performing this song during a busking event in August at the 25th Jeongdongjin Independent Film Festival, where she shared the stage with actress Kim Si Eun.

Given Park Hye Soo‘s tumultuous journey marred by school violence allegations and a legal battle, there is much curiosity surrounding the story she will convey through her self-composed song.

Park Hye Soo initially gained attention in 2014 through the show ‘K-Pop Star 4.’ Although her original aspiration was to become a singer, she embarked on her acting career in 2015 with the drama ‘Yong Pal.’

Over the years, she has established herself as a reputable actress through her roles in various dramas.

However, in February 2021, she found herself embroiled in controversy when allegations of school violence were leveled against her.

Despite vehemently denying these allegations and expressing her distress in a statement, she decided to take a temporary hiatus from her career.

After a period of two years and eight months, Park Hye Soo‘s agency finally pressed charges against the individual who accused her of school violence for defamation in September.

This has led to an ongoing investigation into the matter.
