Actor Park Bo Gum Was Officially Discharge From The Military Today

Actor Park Bo Gum has been discharged from military service.

Park Bo Gum recently applied to the unit to use up his remaining personal and pre-discharge leave and was discharged early on February 21. Currently, to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) within the unit, the entire army is required to be discharged without returning to the unit when using personal leave before discharge. As a result, Park Bo Gum‘s scheduled discharge date was April 30, but he was actually discharged early on February 21, which was about two months earlier.

In 2020, Park Bo Gum surprisingly applied for the keyboard part of the military music and honor guard battalion of the Navy and passed the practical and interview tests, and enlisted on August 31 to serve in the military.

 Also, on February 10, ahead of his discharge, he received attention as a daily speaker in charge of ‘exercise success story training for exemplary leader soldiers’ for the 680 trainees at the Naval Education Command in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do.

Park Bo Gum showed an exemplary appearance throughout his military service. He passed the national technical qualification test (barber) practical exam conducted in December 2021 and obtained his license, and it is also known that he haircut the soldiers in the unit.
