Actor Ahn Hyo Seop has shown his big heart by donating 50 million won (approximately $36,871.93 USD) to UNICEF Korea in celebration of Children’s Day.
As reported on May 4, the Korean Committee for UNICEF announced that Ahn Hyo Seop made a generous donation to help children worldwide.
This isn’t the first time the actor has shown his support for children. He previously took part in a video for the ‘UNICEF Team’ campaign, an online initiative that UNICEF Korea has been running since 2018 to aid children across the globe.
The funds from Ahn Hyo Seop’s donation will go towards helping children who are unable to celebrate a joyful Children’s Day due to the hardships of war, disaster, poverty, and disease.
Fans can look forward to seeing Ahn Hyo Seop’s campaign videos and photos for ‘UNICEF Team,’ which are set to be released on May 27 KST.
