Cha Eun Woo captures attention with a completely different vibe for ‘Wonderful World’ still cuts

Cha Eun Woo, known for his role as a ‘dark villain’ in ‘Wonderful World‘, has now taken on the persona of a ‘frail boy‘.

On April 4th, MBC‘s weekend drama ‘Wonderful World‘ released some behind-the-scenes shots from the set.

Wonderful World‘ is a gripping mystery drama that follows Eun Soo Hyun (played by Kim Nam Joo), who seeks to uncover the mysterious secrets surrounding the day she took justice into her own hands and killed her son’s murderer.

The show has been gaining traction for its intense plot twists and immersive storytelling, hitting a record high viewership rating of 11.4% in its 9th episode.

In the series, Cha Eun Woo has been captivating audiences with his portrayal of Kwon Sun Yul, a character hell-bent on avenging his father’s death at the hands of Eun Soo Hyun. His performance, which oscillates between being pitifully vulnerable and dangerously vengeful, has earned him high praise.

The newly released behind-the-scenes photos reveal a different side of Cha Eun Woo. Dressed in a hospital gown and sporting round glasses, he exudes a playful charm that contrasts with his dark on-screen character. His puppy-like demeanor during breaks on set is sure to melt hearts.

The production team of ‘Wonderful World’ praised Cha Eun Woo, saying, “He not only brings a fun atmosphere to the set but also shows a passion for aligning his acting with other actors.” They added, “Viewers should look forward to the future direction of Kwon Sun Yul’s revenge and the dynamic changes in his relationship with Kim Nam Joo.”
