Fans Applaud IU’s Fearless Stand Against Violence in the Idol Security Incidence

Even though BOYNEXTDOOR‘s management apologized for the recent issue with star security violence, a video of IU protecting fans is still getting a lot of attention.

On December 20, a story called “IU warns security guards not to push fans” was shared on social media and online communities.

There was a video of IU‘s appearance at the airport in the story.

In the video, a lot of people gathered at the airport to see IU.

A security guard on IU‘s left side pushed a fan away as they tried to take a picture with the basketball player.

IU made a motion to the security guard to stop him from pushing fans when he saw this.

Later, a person who was at the scene on the internet said that IU told the guard, “Please don’t push so much,” to keep her fans safe.

Because of the current controversy over idol security violence, this video stands out. At the airport, BOYNEXTDOOR‘s bodyguard was seen pushing a fan hard.

Since then, BOYNEXTDOOR‘s agent has put out an official statement saying they’re sorry for what happened and that they’ve talked to the fan who was affected.

As a result, many internet users have praised IU for caring about her fans, writing things like “Even a big star like IU thinks this way…” “A lot of celebrities don’t seem to understand the issue,” and “Security should make sure the safety of both the star and their fans.”
