The talented singer had just released his first solo album “Golden” along with the title track “Standing Next To You”.

In order to promote his album, Jungkook made an appearance on the November 8 episode of the TODAY show where he performed live versions of three songs, including “Standing Next To You”, “3D”, and “Seven”.

Remarkably, he delivered these performances flawlessly despite the freezing weather, showcasing his clear and stable vocals. However, on the same day as the show, Jungkook took to the fan community platform Weverse to apologize for what he believed was a “mess up” during his live performance.

He addressed his fans, the ARMYs, by stating, “I apologize… I messed up the live performance. There’s no excuse, and I will strive to do better in the next live performance.”

Fans were completely puzzled by Jungkook‘s words as they couldn’t find any faults in his live performance. They flooded the comments section with confusion, asking, “What are you even apologizing for?” and emphasizing how amazing he was. Some fans even questioned the meaning behind Jungkook‘s apology, stating, “What does Jungkook even mean by messing up?” Despite the confusion, many fans still expressed their admiration for Jungkook‘s hard work and dedication to his performance.

They commended him for always striving to improve himself and not making any excuses, especially considering the freezing weather conditions.
