On March 6, the virtual boy group PLAVE achieved their first-ever music show win since their debut last year.
The virtual boy group secured the top spot on this week’s MBC M music show “Show Champion.”
PLAVE faced tough competition from nominees such as BIBI with “Bam Yang Gang,” LE SSERAFIM’s “EASY,” NCT Taeyong’s “TAP,” and CRAVITY’s “Love or Die.”
Fans were pleasantly surprised as PLAVE‘s “WAY 4 LUV” was announced as the winning song of the week.
Korean netizens were impressed with the results and commented, “Congrats to all of them,” “The song’s so good,” “They deserved the win,” “Congrats!!!” “Wow, finally,” “I’m so happy for them,” “I think a virtual idol group was a good opportunity for the idol group members that didn’t make it big in real life,” “This is so crazy, congrats to them,” and “Let’s go!”
