‘Queen of Tears’ star Park Sung Hoon confesses his worries about taking a break and why he works so hard

Actor Park Sung Hoon is all about that hustle, with no time for a break.

Making his debut back in 2008 with a small role in the film “A Frozen Flower,” Park Sung Hoon has been steadily climbing the ladder of success, switching between TV dramas and movies.

He caught everyone’s attention with his role in KBS 2TV‘s “My Only One,” then shocked us all as the school bully Jeon Jae Joon in Netflix’s “The Glory.” Recently, he left a strong impression as the cold-hearted villain Yoon Eun Sung in tvN’s hit drama “Queen of Tears.”

Park Sung Hoon is a real workaholic, taking on more than one project every year. Right now, he’s busy filming for the much-awaited Netflix‘s “Squid Game” Season 2 and the movie “Night Heat.”

In a recent chit-chat with MyDaily at BH Entertainment‘s office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Park Sung Hoon had a good laugh about his non-stop work schedule.

He said, “Sure, the money’s nice, but I’m not doing this for the cash. I get antsy when I’m not working. Plus, I don’t really have any hobbies, so I don’t know how to chill. “‘

He added, “I’m the type who needs to stay focused on something. It gives me a sense of achievement and happiness. Plus, I learn and solve a lot while working, so I just keep going.”

When asked about how he maintains his health with such a hectic schedule, Park shared, “I used to take vitamins, but it’s been a while since I last did. I usually hit the gym when I’m not filming.”

He added, “I used to enjoy going to the sauna, but it’s been tough to go recently because more people recognize me than I thought. So, I’ve been unwinding a bit by watching YouTube.”
