IU has shared another story that proves just how kind Park Bo Gum really is!
On April 18, IU appeared on the YouTube show Baek Eun Ha’s Ju Go Bat Go and talked about her experience filming Netflix’s You Have Done Well (Poksak Sogassuda) with Park Bo Gum, who is the same age as her.
IU said,
"Bo Gum is such a good person. He’s very kind, but also very clear and firm when it comes to making the right choices."

She shared a touching moment from the set, saying,
"While we were filming, a child actor said a swear word. It didn’t seem like he even knew what it meant—it was probably something he heard somewhere. It wasn’t a super bad word, but still, Bo Gum gently placed his hands on the kid’s shoulders and calmly said, ‘Do you know what that word means? Promise uncle that you won’t use that word again.’"
IU added that Park Bo Gum spoke seriously, but kindly, and the child immediately promised not to say bad words again.
"It was so cool to see him naturally become a good adult like that," IU said with a big smile.

Host Baek Eun Ha praised Park Bo Gum too, saying,
"That’s exactly what a good adult should do," and IU fully agreed.
IU also opened up about how much she relied on Park Bo Gum while filming.
"I always felt comfortable asking him questions. Like, ‘Honestly, which take felt more like Ae Soon?’ He never just gave sweet answers—he really gave helpful advice. It made me feel so supported."
Thanks to moments like these, fans are falling even more in love with Park Bo Gum’s amazing personality both on and off the screen.
