It was revealed that SHINee’s Minho bought actor Ha Jung Woo’s fancy Han River view house in Seoul — and he paid a jaw-dropping 5 billion KRW (around $3.7 million USD) in full cash!

According to News1 on April 15, Ha Jung Woo sold his 244.91㎡ (about 74 pyeong) home in Tierra House, located in Jamwon-dong, Seocho District, back in May 2023. The ownership officially changed hands in August 2023, and it was confirmed that the buyer was none other than SHINee’s Minho.

What shocked fans even more? There’s no record of a mortgage. That means Minho paid the entire amount in cash!

Ha Jung Woo originally purchased the house in 2013 for 2.7 billion KRW, so he made a huge profit of 2.3 billion KRW from this deal.

The house is located near the south end of Hannam Bridge and is well-known for its beautiful Han River views.

Ha Jung Woo made his acting debut in the 2003 movie Madeleine and went on to star in big films like The Chaser, The Berlin File, Assassination, Along with the Gods, and his recent movies Hijacking and Lobby.

Minho debuted with SHINee in 2008 and became loved for hit songs like Replay (Noona You’re So Pretty), Juliette, Ring Ding Dong, and Lucifer. He also started his solo music career in 2021 with Heartbreak.

The two stars got close after working together on the TVING variety show Ticketing with Two Feet, which aired in January 2023.
