• Hyeri’s fan meeting faces chaos as illegal ticket sales explode — agency warns tickets will be canceled without notice

Hyeri's upcoming solo fan meeting is already heating up with controversy — but not for the reasons fans expected.

On April 14 at 8 PM KST, tickets for Hyeri’s first solo fan meeting, set to be held on June 7 at Ewha Womans University Samsung Hall, sold out almost instantly.

But instead of just celebrating the excitement, fans were left frustrated and angry after noticing signs of illegal ticket resales spreading fast, both in Korea and overseas.

Fans who couldn’t secure tickets voiced their complaints online, pointing fingers at resellers snatching up tickets for profit. This pushed Hyeri’s agency Sublime to respond quickly.

On April 15, the agency shared a strong warning through Hyeri’s official account, “Tickets for the fan meeting are only sold through Ticketlink. Any tickets bought through resales, personal deals, or second-hand sites cannot be changed or refunded.”

They also made it clear that they won't take responsibility for losses from illegal resales, “Any damage from personal transactions is fully the responsibility of those involved. The event organizer, promoter, and ticketing site will not be held liable. If we find any illegal tickets, we will cancel them without prior notice.”

Sublime added that they’re closely monitoring all suspicious activity and are open to reports via their official email.

Fans buying from overseas, including places like China, are also being warned. International buyers must bring a printed or mobile reservation confirmation along with a physical ID to get their tickets on the day of the event.

And if you tried to sneak in with multiple accounts? Think again. “Strict ID checks will be in place,” the agency said. “If you bought multiple tickets using the same name or contact info, they might be canceled.”

Fans are being asked to cancel any tickets they don’t plan to use to help make room for real supporters who missed out.

Meanwhile, Hyeri recently starred in the drama “Friendly Competition” as genius student Yoo Jae Yi, impressing both Korean and international viewers. The show ranked high on various OTT platforms abroad, showing Hyeri’s rising global popularity.

Let’s hope the ticket mess gets cleaned up — because fans just want to show Hyeri love without the drama.

  • Girls' Generation's Seohyun talks about the strict SM training rules and Tiffany’s “floor cleaning” duties

Girls' Generation's Seohyun shared a fun story about the strict rules and discipline trainees faced at SM Entertainment.

On April 16, Seohyun appeared in a new video on the ‘Hyo Yeon’s Level Up’ channel, where she recalled her early days as a trainee.

She said, “Unnie, do you remember? When we were in elementary school and became SM trainees, we had to use formal language with our seniors and juniors. It was the proper thing to do.”

She went on, “I remember the first time I met Yuri Unnie. She told me, ‘You can’t speak casually. You have to use formal language.’ From that moment, I followed that rule. I was a trainee for five years.”

When Hyo Yeon jokingly asked, “If a junior joined, would you have done the same?” Seohyun replied, “Actually, even Tiffany Unnie was my junior."

She added. "I didn’t make her use formal language, but I did tell her about the rules, like coming 30 minutes early and cleaning the floor.”

Hyo Yeon, who had lived abroad for a while, humorously imitated Tiffany, who didn’t quite understand Seohyun’s instructions, which made everyone laugh.

It’s clear that Seohyun fondly remembers her time as a trainee, where discipline and respect were highly valued, even with her fellow members.
