TVXQ is staying with SM Entertainment for even longer, and fans couldn't be happier!
On April 2, SM Entertainment revealed that TVXQ, made up of Yunho and Changmin, has signed a new contract with the company. This marks the continuation of their 22-year-long partnership since they debuted in 2003.
Yunho shared his thoughts, saying, "It’s a fresh feeling to continue our journey with SM, who has been with us since our debut. We will continue to do our best to show fans good things in many different areas, with the love and support they’ve always given us."

Changmin also expressed his gratitude, saying, "It’s very meaningful to have been able to walk this path with SM for over 20 years. We will continue to create a wonderful future for TVXQ together with SM, who has always supported us."
SM Entertainment responded by saying, "We are happy to continue working with TVXQ. As K-pop legends who have built SM’s history, we will actively support Yunho and Changmin’s wide range of activities."
This year marks the 22nd anniversary of TVXQ’s debut. Since their breakout with Hug, they’ve released countless hits like Rising Sun, Mirotic, Keep Your Head Down, and Rebel, playing a major role in the global K-pop wave. They've solidified their spot in the industry, not just as a group but also through solo activities in music, acting, musicals, and variety shows.
In more exciting news, TVXQ is gearing up for a series of concerts at the Tokyo Dome from April 25 to 27. This will be their 33rd performance at the iconic venue, bringing their total dome performances across Japan to 92. That’s the most performances by any international artist at Tokyo Dome and across Japan’s national domes! The legend continues to grow.
