    Exciting news for Yumi’s Cells fans! After three years, Yumi’s Cells 3 is officially in the works, and Kim Go Eun is expected to reprise her role as Yumi.

    On March 31, industry insiders shared that the much-loved TVING original series has begun full-scale production for its third season.

    One source revealed, "TVING is putting in a lot of effort to bring Season 3 to life, and Kim Go Eun will once again take on the lead role. They are working hard to maintain the unique charm of the series."

    Following the reports, Yumi’s Cells production company Studio Dragon confirmed, "Yes, we are producing Season 3. We have offered Kim Go Eun the role of Yumi, and she is currently reviewing it."

    Her agency BH Entertainment also responded, "She has received the offer and is considering it."

    The series, which blends live-action with 3D animation, captured viewers’ hearts with its relatable storytelling and emotional depth. Season 2 made bold changes to the original webtoon, leaving fans curious about what’s next.

    With Season 3 in motion, all eyes are on the introduction of Soonrok, Yumi’s final love interest—something fans have been eagerly waiting for!
