• Kim Soo Hyun Accused of Dating Multiple Girl Group Members while in a Relationship with Kim Sae Ron —New Recording Sparks Controversy

Kim Soo Hyun, who is already facing allegations of dating the late Kim Sae Ron while she was a minor, is now being accused of secretly dating female idol group members during their relationship.

According to a newly released recorded conversation, a shocking discussion took place on March 25 between person A (a close acquaintance of Kim Sae Ron), YouTuber B, and forensic expert C. A, who frequently listened to Kim Sae Ron’s struggles, was also one of the people who carried her casket at the funeral.

During the conversation, A made serious claims about Kim Soo Hyun’s role in Kim Sae Ron’s life, saying, “Kim Sae Ron had deep resentment toward Kim Soo Hyun. She once said, ‘After everything he did to me when I was young (a minor), I struggled for six years to hold my position as queen or empress.’”

A further revealed, “He kept bringing in so many ‘concubines.’ But she endured it all because he promised to marry her. There are even more serious things I could say, but I’m only believing Kim Sae Ron’s words because I was on her side.”

Forensic expert C then dropped another bombshell, saying, “Then those involved (in Kim Soo Hyun’s relationships) must have known about it back then. ○○ and ○○—these overlapping relationships were the ‘concubines.’ I thought A would know, so I’m telling you this.” A confirmed, “That’s right.”

The two unnamed individuals, ○○ and ○○, were reportedly top-tier girl group members from ○○○○ and ○○○○, respectively. Both are still active in the entertainment industry today.

Notably, ○○, a member of ○○○○, was previously rumored to be dating Kim Soo Hyun multiple times. Some sources even claim that Kim Soo Hyun played a role in introducing her to her current agency. At the time, Kim Soo Hyun’s former agency, KeyEast, firmly denied all dating rumors.

However, with acquaintances now claiming that Kim Soo Hyun was indeed romantically involved with these idols, speculation about his past relationships is expected to resurface.

What’s raising even more concerns is the timeline—Kim Soo Hyun’s rumored relationships with these idols reportedly overlapped with Kim Sae Ron’s minor years, fueling suspicions about their alleged underage relationship.

Kim Soo Hyun’s current agency, Gold Medalist, initially denied his relationship with Kim Sae Ron but later admitted it. However, they continue to insist that any claims of an underage relationship are “false.”

Meanwhile, Kim Sae Ron’s family’s legal representative, Attorney Bu Ji Seok of the law firm Buyu, is set to hold a press conference on March 27.

They plan to reveal evidence proving Kim Soo Hyun’s relationship with Kim Sae Ron during her minor years. Reports suggest that Attorney Bu has obtained additional materials supporting these allegations from the bereaved family.

  • IU’s smart investment? Her building’s value jumps by 1 billion KRW, now worth 5.6 billion KRW

IU is not just a top singer and actress—she’s also making smart real estate moves!

On March 30, reports revealed that IU’s building in Gwacheon, which she bought seven years ago, has gone up in value by 1 billion KRW (around $750,000).

According to a real estate analysis, IU purchased the three-story building with a basement in Gwacheon-dong, Gyeonggi Province, for 4.6 billion KRW (about $3.5 million) in 2018. Now, experts estimate its worth to be around 5.6 billion KRW (about $4.2 million).

One real estate agent explained, “A similar building completed in 2010 was recently sold for 30.7 million KRW per 3.3㎡ (1 pyeong). Based on this, IU’s building, considering its size, age, and location, is estimated to be worth around 5.6 billion KRW.”

However, the building is about 1 km away from Seonbawi Station on Subway Line 4, meaning it’s not in a prime commercial area.

IU had previously shared that she didn’t buy the property for profit but to use as her mother’s office, her personal studio, and a workspace for junior musicians.

Despite rumors that she was investing in real estate for financial gain, her agency firmly denied them, saying, “That is completely false, and there are no plans to sell the building.”

Meanwhile, IU is receiving lots of praise for her dual roles as Ae-soon and Geum-nyeong in the Netflix series When Life Gives You Tangerines, which dropped on March 28.
