• EVERGLOW’s Yiren shocks fans by revealing she has never been paid: "I have zero earnings, but I still don’t want to give up"

EVERGLOW’s Yiren recently made a shocking confession, revealing that she has never received any earnings since debut, leaving fans worried about the group’s future.

On a fan communication platform, Yiren opened up about the harsh reality of being in a girl group, despite being six years into her career. She wrote, “I really love performing on stage, but I have no income at all.”

She continued, “Even so, I don’t want to give up this career. The reality is, we have never received any earnings yet.”

Yiren explained that the group works extremely hard to prepare for their tour performances because they truly want to give fans the best stages. However, she also admitted, “I always feel sorry that we can’t show you more new songs and performances.”

She then dropped a bombshell, saying, “Since debut, I’ve never been paid—not even once. I’m basically a worker with a zero-won salary.” But despite the situation, she reassured fans, “But it’s okay. At least I can still meet our fans (FOREVER) and have opportunities to perform on stage, so I’m fine with it.”

EVERGLOW, a six-member multinational girl group under Yuehua Entertainment Korea, debuted on March 21, 2019, with members E:U, Sihyeon, Mia, Onda, Aisha, and Yiren. They have released several hit songs, including ZOMBIE, SLAY, Pirate, FIRST, and DUN DUN.

In 2023, EVERGLOW wrapped up their U.S. tour, 2023 EVERGLOW US TOUR - ALL MY GIRLS, and made a comeback in June with their fifth single album ZOMBIE, their first release in ten months.

Yiren first gained attention when she appeared on Mnet’s survival show Produce 48, along with fellow member Sihyeon. Now, with her shocking revelation, fans are left wondering what will happen next for EVERGLOW.

  • G-Dragon Shocks Fans with Cryptic “I’m okay” Post after being Linked to Kim Soo Hyun’s Scandal — What’s Really Going On?

G-Dragon has fans talking after a mysterious social media post—right after accidentally liking and then unliking a poll about Kim Soo Hyun’s controversy.

On March 19, G-Dragon took to social media to post a short but cryptic message: "I'm okay."

Along with the message, he shared a video of himself smiling and moving energetically to the beat, seemingly unbothered.

However, the timing of the post has raised eyebrows, as it came just days after he was caught liking a poll about Kim Soo Hyun.

On March 13, a Taiwanese entertainment account ran a poll asking if Kim Soo Hyun should step down from MBC’s Good Day following his dating minor allegations. The options included:
"G-Dragon must be having a hard time."
    "He should leave the program."
"He should retire from the entertainment industry."

At first, G-Dragon liked the post, leading many to believe he was subtly distancing himself from Kim Soo Hyun. However, once people noticed and started talking, he quickly unliked it, sparking even more curiosity.

Meanwhile, the team behind Good Day officially announced that they are editing out as much of Kim Soo Hyun’s scenes as possible.

They stated, "We are taking the controversy seriously and considering viewer reactions in our production process."

Kim Soo Hyun is currently under fire over allegations that he dated the late Kim Sae Ron for six years, starting in 2015 when she was only 15 years old.

At first, his agency, Gold Medalist, denied the rumors. But later, they changed their statement, saying they only started dating after she became an adult.

Despite this, netizens aren't convinced, especially as more allegations continue to surface. Meanwhile, Kim Sae Ron’s family has requested a digital forensic analysis on her phone to uncover the truth about her past relationship with Kim Soo Hyun.

With G-Dragon’s cryptic message, fans are now wondering—was his post just a coincidence, or is there more to the story?
