• Choi Ji Woo hilariously shares how she became completely submissive in her marriage, revealing funny cooking struggles with her husband

Choi Ji Woo opened up about her married life in a recent episode of The Return of Superman, and fans were surprised by her honest take on her relationship.

On the March 19 broadcast of KBS2’s The Return of Superman, Kang Joo Eun, who has a close, almost mother-daughter bond with Woo Hye Rim, met the Si Woo and Si An brothers. She showed off her grandmotherly side, bringing warmth and charm to the show.

Kang Joo Eun, known as Woo Hye Rim’s "role model," quickly took charge of the scene, even outshining the show's MCs, Park Soo Hong and Choi Ji Woo, with her bold words.

While sharing some cooking tips with Woo Hye Rim, Kang Joo Eun confessed how difficult it was to prepare three meals a day for her husband, Choi Min Soo, throughout their marriage.

Choi Ji Woo, listening in the studio, seemed to relate to Kang Joo Eun’s story. Park Soo Hong noticed her reaction and asked, “You seem to really relate. Is your husband a ‘three-meals-a-day’ kind of guy?”

Choi Ji Woo responded with a smile, saying, “No, actually, I’m the one who gets served. My husband is great at making pasta dishes."

She added, "He loves noodles, but I’m not that big of a fan. Still, since I’m on the receiving end, I have no choice but to say I love it and pretend it’s delicious!” Fans were charmed by her funny yet loving remark about her husband’s cooking skills.

As the conversation continued, Kang Joo Eun boldly declared, “Even if I were born again, I would 1,000% marry Choi Min Soo.”

She added, “It’s better to deal with a nightmare you know than one you don’t,” which got everyone in the studio laughing.

Choi Ji Woo hesitated for a moment, then jokingly shared, “My in-laws are huge fans of The Return of Superman.”

She then playfully said, “Of course, I would marry my husband again. After all, I got to meet our beautiful daughter!” Her sweet words about her daughter-in-law role earned even more laughter from the cast.

Choi Ji Woo married a non-celebrity nine years younger than her in 2018. Two years later, at the age of 45, she welcomed their daughter, Lua, into the world, receiving an outpouring of congratulations from fans.
