The controversy surrounding Kim Soo Hyun and the late Kim Sae Ron is growing, with shocking claims that they dated for six years. While Kim Soo Hyun’s side has firmly denied everything as "false" and promised legal action, new "evidence" keeps surfacing, making things even more heated.

On March 11, YouTube channel Garo Sero Research Institute (GaSeYeon) revealed more photos provided by Kim Sae Ron’s bereaved family. The pictures, taken in 2016, show Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron looking affectionate, with one image sparking the most attention—Kim Soo Hyun kissing Kim Sae Ron on the cheek while she looks at the camera. At the time, Kim Sae Ron was just 16, while Kim Soo Hyun was 28.

Adding to the controversy, the bereaved family also shared text messages from Kim Sae Ron, where she seemed to be pleading for help regarding a lawsuit. In a message allegedly sent to Kim Soo Hyun on March 19, 2024, she wrote, "Oppa, it’s me, Sae Ron. I received the proof of content. They’re suing me... I’ll pay it back little by little with each project... Please save me. I’m begging you, give me time."

GaSeYeon claimed this message was proof that Kim Sae Ron was in distress over money owed to Kim Soo Hyun’s agency, Gold Medalist. They also pointed out that just five days later, she posted a photo of them together, leading to dating rumors. At the time, Gold Medalist denied any romantic relationship, saying, "It seems to be a photo from when they were in the same agency. We don’t know why she posted it."

Kim Sae Ron’s family previously claimed that she and Kim Soo Hyun had been in a relationship from 2015 to 2021, starting when she was just 15. By the time she was involved in a DUI scandal in 2022, they had already broken up.

However, the family alleges that Kim Soo Hyun and his agency initially promised to help her with the financial damages from the DUI, only to later demand repayment of 700 million KRW. They claim Kim Sae Ron tried reaching out to Kim Soo Hyun multiple times but never got a response.

Sadly, Kim Sae Ron passed away on February 16—coincidentally, Kim Soo Hyun’s birthday. Despite the ongoing rumors, Gold Medalist has stood firm, stating on March 10, "These claims are completely false." The agency also accused GaSeYeon of spreading baseless and malicious rumors, warning of the "strongest legal action."

Good Day is a music project variety show led by G-Dragon, where he collaborates with well-known figures from different fields to create a song representing the year.
