• BLACKPINK’s Jennie Gifts Jung Jae Hyung a Luxury Cup Worth 1 Million KRW — His Reaction Says It All

BLACKPINK’s Jennie showed her thoughtful side by surprising Jung Jae Hyung with a luxury cup that costs a staggering 1 million KRW (~$750 USD)!

On March 9, Jung Jae Hyung’s YouTube channel Fairy Jae Hyung uploaded a video titled "Jennie’s Story That Has Never Been Told Before." In the video, Jennie visited his home and brought a special gift just for him.

Handing over the cup, Jennie sweetly said, “It’s nothing special, but I brought a gift for you.”

During their conversation, Jung Jae Hyung checked in on her and asked, “Are you feeling better now?” Jennie, looking a bit shy, responded, “I’m sorry. I actually...” before he cut in, reassuring her, “There’s nothing to be sorry about at all.”

Jennie then explained, “I just got back today. Since I released my first album as a solo artist under my own label, everything has been so…”

Hearing this, Jung Jae Hyung was surprised and asked, “You came back today after being sick?” Jennie confirmed, “Yes. After that, my schedule got all tangled up, and everything kept getting delayed. I’ve been running non-stop.”

Jung Jae Hyung then insisted, “Just have a meal and go,” but Jennie reassured him, “I was really looking forward to this. I came here with excitement.”

As Jung Jae Hyung brought out some whiskey, Jennie smiled and said, I hope you can enjoy it with the cup I brought today.”

She then shared the reason behind her gift, saying, “I didn’t want to come empty-handed, so I thought about what to bring. I wanted you to remember me, so I picked ruby.”

Seeing the beautiful red cup, Jung Jae Hyung was instantly amazed and said, “I’ve actually been looking for a red cup like this because I thought it was so beautiful. It’s really pretty.” Jennie nodded and added, “I thought it would go perfectly with whiskey.”

Jennie’s luxury cup is from an expensive high-end brand and is priced at around 1 million KRW per set. Interestingly, Jung Jae Hyung already owns cups from the same brand, making Jennie’s thoughtful gift even more meaningful!

Meanwhile, Jennie released her first full-length solo album, Ruby, on March 7, marking a new chapter in her career under her own label. Fans continue to celebrate her success and admire her thoughtful personality.

  • Fans lose it after seeing IU, Kim Seon Ho, and more "When Life Gives You Tangerines" stars reunite at one special event

On April 15, the VIP premiere of the film Yadang took place at Megabox COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul, and it quickly turned into a Poksak reunion.

The event was already buzzing with big names like Uhm Tae Woong (who made his first appearance in 8 years), Lee Min Ho, Ha Ji Won, Lee Joo Young, Hyeri, Lee Yu Bi, Kim Sung Kyun, and even Single’s Inferno 4's Lee Si An.

IU, who played Gwansik’s daughter Geum Myeong in the Netflix series, was spotted quietly entering the theater wearing a mask. A fan who noticed her shared a photo, writing, “Poksak daughter Geum Myeong is here!”

Kim Seon Ho also showed up and quickly got attention. Fans recognized him despite the mask and commented, “Chung Seop is here too!” and “Park Hae Joon’s son-in-law came!” Kim Seon Ho made a special appearance in the series as Geum Myeong’s husband.
