• Jun Ji Hyun Returns to the Big Screen After 10 Years in New Thriller ‘Colony’

    On March 7, it was confirmed that filming has begun for the upcoming movie ‘Colony’, which boasts a star-studded lineup including Jun Ji Hyun, Ji Chang Wook, Koo Kyo Hwan, Shin Hyun Bin, Kim Shin Rok, and a special appearance by Go Soo.

    ‘Colony’ follows the intense story of a building placed under lockdown due to a mysterious virus.

    BIGBANG's G-Dragon opened up about his surprising past as an SM Entertainment trainee, leaving aespa and fans in shock.

    On the March 30 episode of MBC’s Good Day, G-Dragon met aespa as senior and junior artists. During their conversation, he revealed that he was once a trainee at SM Entertainment, the same company that manages aespa.

    He shared, “I joined SM when I was just 8 years old. I was on a family trip when a dance competition was held. Lee Soo Man was the host, and he personally cast me.”

    Curious about his departure, Karina and Winter asked, “Was it not a good fit for you?” and “Did you feel like you didn’t belong?”

    G-Dragon explained, “I struggled to find my place, but then I started learning rap. Including my time at SM, I trained for 11 years.” His answer left everyone amazed.

    Defconn then raised an interesting question: “What if G-Dragon had debuted under SM?”

    Giselle boldly responded, “I don’t think he would be the G-Dragon we know today”. Ningning unintentionally made a funny comment, saying, “SM is kind of… normal”, before quickly correcting herself, “I meant more traditional in style”.

    Winter also shared a hilarious story about her trainee days, saying, “For my first SM evaluation, I sang BIGBANG’s ‘IF YOU’, but they told me to change the song”. Her unexpected confession made everyone burst into laughter.
