• Lee Mujin Suddenly Skips His Own Show Recording for 'Lee Mujin Service' – Tensions Between KBS and Xiumin's Agency Get Even Worse

Singer Lee Mujin did not attend the recording of LeeMujin Service, the talk show named after him, as tensions between his agency, One Hundred, and KBS continue to rise.

According to reports on March 6, Lee Mujin was missing from the scheduled recording of KBS’s YouTube show LeeMujin Service on March 5. Lee Mujin is signed under Big Planet Made Entertainment, which operates under One Hundred.

An industry insider revealed, "Last week, One Hundred reportedly told KBS that their artists would boycott KBS appearances."

This growing dispute is believed to have started with the controversy surrounding singer Xiumin’s appearance on Music Bank, which has now escalated into a much bigger standoff between KBS and One Hundred.

One Hundred claims that KBS’s entertainment division is responsible for the situation, explaining, "For the past two weeks, we have been unable to reach the head of KBS’s entertainment center, who has the final say on our artists’ appearances. Despite repeatedly informing field producers, we have received no response and have not even been able to meet them."

The agency added, "Since the head of the entertainment center refuses to communicate, we had no choice but to reject all KBS appearances for our artists, which led to this situation."

They further explained, "If our artists continue to appear under these unfair circumstances, it will set a bad precedent. We decided to take a stand to prevent this from becoming a long-term issue."

This isn’t the first time KBS and One Hundred have clashed. On March 5, One Hundred accused KBS of blocking Xiumin from appearing on Music Bank, stating, "KBS unofficially told us that Xiumin couldn’t appear on Music Bank or any program featuring SM Entertainment artists at the same time."

They added, "We continuously reached out to KBS, urging them to prioritize the artist and fans, but they ignored our requests."

However, KBS denied these claims, saying, "The assertion that KBS prevented Xiumin from appearing on Music Bank is not true."

With neither side backing down, fans are left wondering—what will happen next?

  • Lee Junho proves he's a true gentleman — leaves JYP after 17 years and gives every staff member a sweet goodbye gift

2PM’s Lee Junho has officially ended his 17-year journey with JYP Entertainment, and fans can’t stop talking about his touching farewell gesture.

On April 15, photos began circulating online showing the special gift Junho prepared for all the JYP staff before officially leaving the agency.

In the photo, a heartfelt banner from Junho reads, “To the JYP family, I was happy because we were together. Thank you sincerely. From Lee Junho.”

Along with this message, Junho set up a cheesecake station at the company’s café — with a slice for each employee to take and enjoy.

That day marked Junho’s official departure from the company he first joined as a trainee, spending nearly two decades growing as a singer, actor, and all-around star.

Back on March 20, JYP had already announced the contract ending, saying, “After deep discussions, both sides have decided not to renew the contract. We sincerely thank Lee Junho for being part of the company’s growth and journey over the past 17 years.”

Junho also shared a warm message through the agency, “Thank you sincerely for the support given to me over the past 17 years. I will move forward while cherishing the relationships and support we’ve built during this long time together.”

Even though he’s officially left the agency, Junho’s activities in Japan will still be handled by JYP. “We will continue to manage his activities in Japan and will actively support future collaborations as needed,” the agency stated.

This sweet gesture isn’t the only thing that showed Junho’s character recently. On March 27, he donated 100 million KRW (around $75,000 USD) to World Vision, requesting that the funds go to support children and residents affected by the devastating wildfires in Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk.

Fans are now looking forward to Junho’s next chapter, with his appearances in Netflix’s new series “Cashero” and tvN’s “Typhoon Trading Company” lined up for this year.

From heartfelt goodbyes to generous donations, Junho is showing the world that he’s not just a talented artist — but also a genuinely kind soul.
