• Former Rainbow’s Oh Seung Ah Signs With New Agency After Big Acting Wins — Fans Excited for Her Next Move

    Oh Seung Ah, a former member of Rainbow who is now a well-known actress, has officially joined PA Entertainment!

    On March 6, PA Entertainment confirmed the news, saying, “We’re happy to welcome actress Oh Seung Ah, who has been steadily growing through diverse roles. We will fully support her so that her acting talent can shine even brighter. Please show lots of interest and love as she takes on more projects.”

    Oh Seung Ah first debuted as a singer with the girl group Rainbow before making a successful transition to acting in 2017.

    That same year, she played the lead role in KBS2’s Sea of the Woman, proving her solid acting skills. Since then, she has built an impressive career, starring in dramas like Secrets and Lies, Bad Love, Love (ft. Marriage & Divorce), Young Lady and Gentleman, and Bride of the Typhoon.

    Her talent was recognized when she won Best New Actress for Secrets and Lies at the 2018 MBC Drama Awards. More recently, she took home the Top Excellence Award at the 2024 MBC Drama Awards for her role in The Third Marriage, impressing viewers with her emotional acting.

    Fans are also loving her powerful performance in MBC’s Motel California, where she plays a charismatic character with the same name as hers. Plus, she’s set to take on a fresh new role in the upcoming TVING drama Shine, My Life, where she will play Bitna, an aspiring trot singer.

    Park Bo Gum had an emotional moment on air during the recording of The Seasons - Park Bo Gum's Cantabile.

    On April 18, the KBS 2TV music talk show featured musical actors Cha Ji Yeon and Park Eun Tae. During the show, Park Bo Gum asked Cha Ji Yeon to perform a song from the popular musical Seopyeonje.

    Cha Ji Yeon responded by singing "Shimcheongga" live, and the powerful performance moved Park Bo Gum to tears.

    While trying to hold back, he jokingly said, "My eyes are just dry," but the emotion was clear in his voice as he added, "It’s an honor."

    Park Bo Gum shared how hearing the song brought back memories of when he was a student and had the chance to experience the performance up close.
