BLACKPINK’s Lisa just made history at the 97th Academy Awards (Oscars), and the world can’t stop talking about her!

On March 2 (local time), Lisa became the first K-pop artist to perform at the Oscars, taking the stage at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles. She delivered a special tribute to the James Bond 007 series, singing "Live and Let Die," the theme song of Live and Let Die (1973).

Even though her performance was short, Lisa left a huge impact, earning a standing ovation from the audience.

After the awards show, Lisa turned heads at the official Oscars after-party. She rocked a stunning corset-style leather dress, designed by none other than Korean designer Park Sohee from the haute couture brand "Miss Sohee." Harper’s Bazaar named Lisa one of the Best Dressed Stars of the night, placing her alongside Kendall Jenner, Selena Gomez, Cynthia Erivo, and Monica Barbaro. Fans and fashion critics alike praised her powerful yet classy style.

But Lisa’s Oscars moment is just one of the many things she has planned this year! With a record-breaking Oscars performance, a ‘Best Dressed’ title, a chart-topping album, and an upcoming world tour, Lisa is proving once again why she’s a true global superstar.
