Jeon Jin Seo, who captured hearts as Kim Hee Ae’s son in The World of the Married, is now officially stepping into his career as an adult actor!

On February 25, Peak J Entertainment announced that they’ve signed an exclusive contract with Jeon Jin Seo, marking the start of his exciting new chapter as an adult actor.

The agency shared, "Jeon Jin Seo has built solid acting skills through various works since his days as a child actor, and with his passion for acting and exceptional focus, he has grown well."

They added, "We believe he is an actor who has much more to show. We will actively support him as he experiences various characters and solidifies his position as an actor."

Born in 2006, Jeon Jin Seo began his career back in 2012 with the MBC drama I Can't Live Without You.

He went on to play the younger versions of famous stars like Lee Min Ho in The Heirs and The Legend of the Blue Sea, as well as young Lee Byung Hun in Mr. Sunshine, leaving a lasting impression as one of the most talented child actors.

His standout role came in 2020 when he played Lee Jun Young, Kim Hee Ae’s son, in the hit JTBC drama The World of the Married. His emotional and nuanced acting drew attention, and many started seeing him as a rising star in the industry.

Shim Hyung Tak has introduced his newborn son, and people can’t stop talking about how much he resembles BTS’s Jungkook!

On the February 26 episode of Channel A’s Men’s Life These Days: Groom Class, the show gave viewers an update on Shim Hyung Tak and his wife Saya after they welcomed their baby boy.

During the show, Lee Seung Chul couldn’t help but notice how exhausted Shim looked from parenting duties.

Shim explained, “I was up with the baby until 6:30 AM today. I take care of him from 11 PM to 7 AM while my wife sleeps. Then, when she wakes up, I sleep, and we take turns raising him together.”

Shim also opened up about his wife’s tough labor experience. He shared, “She was in labor for 12 hours. A nurse even told me, ‘The mother was incredible. She endured the pain without even groaning.’” He expressed how grateful he was to his wife for her strength.

As the couple moved into a postpartum care center, they finally revealed their baby’s face for the first time. The cast members were in awe, exclaiming, “He’s so beautiful!”

Moon Se Yoon couldn’t hold back his reaction and joked, “He looks exactly like his mom and dad. Did he get a nose job before he was born?”

Shim Jin Hwa then made a surprising comment, saying, “I think he looks more like BTS’s Jungkook than his dad.” To this, Shim Hyung Tak laughed and replied, “I hope so.” Moon Se Yoon added, “He’s definitely going to be more handsome than you.”
