• Kim Dae Ho makes a Big Move as He Signs with MC Mong & Lee Seung Gi’s Agency ‘One Hundred’, 2 Weeks after Leaving MBC

    Former MBC announcer Kim Dae Ho has officially signed with One Hundred, the agency founded by MC Mong and Cha Gawon, chairman of PIAC Group.

    On February 21, One Hundred announced, “We are happy to welcome Kim Dae Ho, who recently became a freelancer, to our family.”

    The agency praised Kim Dae Ho’s talents, saying, “He has shown his charm not just in news and informational programs, but also in entertainment shows with his own unique style. We will fully support him so he can continue to shine in various fields.”

    Kim Dae Ho first gained attention in 2011 when he competed in MBC’s announcer audition program Our Sunday Night: New Employee, making it to the final three out of 5,509 applicants. Since then, he has worked as a news anchor, radio host, and variety show star.

    In 2023, he became a fan favorite on MBC’s Home Alone, where his free-spirited lifestyle stole the spotlight. His rising popularity earned him the Rookie Award at the 2023 MBC Entertainment Awards, and he continued his streak at the 2024 MBC Entertainment Awards, winning both the Male Excellence Award in the Show/Variety category and the Entertainer of the Year Award.

    Even though he left MBC on February 4, Kim Dae Ho is already making waves in the entertainment industry. He has joined the lineup for Great Guide 2, set to air in the first half of this year on MBC Every1, proving that his influence is only growing.

    One Hundred is home to top stars like THE BOYZ, Taemin, Lee Mujin, VIVIZ (Eunha, SinB, Umji), B.O., Ha Sung Woon, and Ren. It also manages comedian Lee Soo Geun, entertainer Bad Villain, and singer-actor Lee Seung Gi.

    It’s official—Good Partner is getting a second season!

    On April 3, 2025, SBS confirmed the exciting news that Good Partner will return for Season 2.

    SBS revealed, “While the production for Season 2 has been confirmed, the broadcast schedule, filming dates, and cast have not been finalized. We are still in discussions.”

    Good Partner originally aired last September, and it quickly became a fan favorite. The drama follows Cha Eun Kyung (played by Jang Na Ra), a seasoned divorce lawyer, and rookie lawyer Han Yoo Ri (played by Nam Ji Hyun), who is new to handling divorce cases.

    The series was a hit, with a peak viewership rating of 17.7% (Nielsen Korea, nationwide households).

    Both Jang Na Ra and Nam Ji Hyun were praised for their performances, with Jang Na Ra receiving her first acting award after 23 years in the industry at the 2024 SBS Drama Awards, and Nam Ji Hyun taking home the Best Acting Award.
