    IVE’s Jang Wonyoung has officially dominated the February idol brand reputation rankings, proving once again that she’s one of the hottest idols right now!

    On February 21, the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute revealed their big data analysis results, and Jang Wonyoung took the No.1 spot. Coming in at No.2 was BLACKPINK’s Jennie, while BLACKPINK’s Rosé secured No.3. Other top-ranking idols included aespa’s Karina (No.4) and IVE’s Ahn Yujin (No.5).

    Jang Wonyoung’s brand reputation index for February hit 8,720,413, marking an impressive 68.63% increase from January’s score of 5,171,231. Her ranking was based on factors like:

    ✔ Media Index – 1,554,222
    ✔ Communication Index – 3,594,220
    ✔ Community Index – 2,065,156

    Koo Chang-hwan, the director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, commented, "Jang Wonyoung’s rankings soared with strong keyword associations such as ‘dominate,’ ‘grow,’ and ‘record.’ Her connection to phrases like ‘Lucky Vicky,’ ‘Revel Heart,’ and ‘Children’s President’ also stood out. Her positivity ratio in big data analysis reached an impressive 93.20%."

    The February 2025 idol brand reputation rankings were compiled from January 21 to February 21, 2025, analyzing a total of 125,141,674 data points for 1,730 idols. The rankings were based on participation, media exposure, communication, and community engagement. While February’s total volume dropped by 23.38% compared to January, individual idol rankings saw major shifts!

    BTS’s Jimin is unstoppable! His song Who has officially earned a Gold certification in Spain, making him the first and only K-pop solo artist to achieve this milestone twice.

    On February 12, Spain’s PROMUSICAE, a member of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI), awarded Who the prestigious Oro (Gold) certification. To receive this honor, a song must sell 30,000 units, including streaming equivalents.

    Jimin previously earned his first Gold certification in Spain with Like Crazy in July 2024. Now, with Who also achieving Gold status, he has cemented his place as a true global superstar, proving his incredible popularity not just in Korea but all around the world.

    His impact in Spain has been undeniable! Who made history by ranking No. 96 on Apple Music’s Top 100: Spain year-end chart, becoming the first and only song by an Asian artist to enter the list.

    This marks the first time a K-pop song has ever appeared on Spain’s annual Apple Music chart.

    The song’s performance on Spotify Spain has also been nothing short of legendary. Who has stayed on the Spotify Spain Weekly Top Songs chart for 30 consecutive weeks, making it the longest-charting K-pop solo song in the country.
