    Actor Jang Geun Suk has finally opened up about his past crush on Ha Ji Won after 19 years.

    On February 16th, during the airing of JTBC's Please Take Care of My Refrigerator Since 2014, Jang Geun Suk and Ha Ji Won reunited on-screen, bringing back memories of their time together in the popular drama Hwang Jin Yi, which aired back in 2006.

    At that time, Jang Geun Suk was only 20 years old and just starting his career, while Ha Ji Won was a major influence on him. Jang Geun Suk even described her as “like a big mountain” in his life.

    When the hosts asked Jang Geun Suk about his feelings for Ha Ji Won during filming, he smiled shyly and admitted, “Yes, that’s true.”

    He continued, saying, “As a child actor, I was always a bit shy around other actors. But while filming Hwang Jin Yi, I spent so much time with Ha Ji Won sunbae, and eventually, my heart started racing.”

    Ha Ji Won added, “I remember Jang Geun Suk being so fresh and charming. He even used to dance for us during breaks, which was so cute!”

    The two also laughed while reminiscing about their famous kiss scene from Hwang Jin Yi. Jang Geun Suk explained, “In that scene, Ha Ji Won was supposed to fall off a rope, and I caught her, but our lips brushed by accident. The look on my face was a real reaction—I was genuinely shocked.”

    Ha Ji Won teasingly asked, “Your first kiss?” to which Jang Geun Suk confirmed, “Yes, it was my first kiss in a drama,” causing Ha Ji Won to burst into laughter and say, “Oh my, I’m so sorry!”
