The highly anticipated movie Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint is officially hitting theaters this July! The film just dropped its launch teaser and poster, raising expectations for an epic fantasy-action blockbuster.

Based on a web novel that has been serialized for over 10 years, Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint tells the thrilling story of Kim Dokja, the only reader of a certain novel, who suddenly finds himself living inside its world on the day the story ends.

Forced to survive in a dystopian reality, he teams up with the novel’s protagonist, Yoo Joonghyuk, and other key allies to fight against an apocalyptic fate.

The teaser starts with an intense shot of a subway train stranded on Dongho Bridge, capturing Kim Dokja’s shocked face as he realizes the world he knew has turned into the very setting of the novel he’s been reading.

As chaos erupts around him, he watches the world crumble—bridges collapsing, subways overturning, and familiar locations turning into terrifying battlegrounds.

The trailer also introduces the film’s powerhouse cast, featuring Lee Min Ho, Chae Soo Bin, Shin Seung Ho, Nana, and Ji Soo, who all bring their characters to life with striking intensity. On February 18 (local time), the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) officially announced that SEVENTEEN secured 3rd place on the "Global Artist Chart 2024"—making them the highest-ranked K-pop artist on the list.

They were only behind Taylor Swift (No.1) and Drake (No.2), proving their global success! SEVENTEEN’s ranking is based on physical album sales, digital downloads, and both audio & video streaming worldwide—making it an objective measure of their impact.

SEVENTEEN first entered this chart at No.9 in 2021, jumped to No.6 in 2022, and No.2 in 2023, showing steady growth every year. Now, they’ve secured their spot in the TOP 3, proving they are one of the biggest music acts in the world!
