• "Love Scout" Star Lee Jun Hyuk Reacts to Fans Wanting Him to Date Han Ji Min—Here’s What He Really Thinks

Lee Jun Hyuk recently sat down for an interview following the successful conclusion of SBS’s Love Scout.

The drama, which ended on February 14, captured viewers' hearts with the love story between Kang Ji Yoon (played by Han Ji Min), a headhunting company CEO, and Yoo Eun Ho (played by Lee Jun Hyuk), her perfect secretary. The show recorded an impressive 11.8% in viewership ratings, proving its popularity.

Lee Jun Hyuk's charming and realistic portrayal of Yoo Eun Ho, along with his undeniable chemistry with Han Ji Min, had fans completely hooked. Many even started commenting on social media and drama clips, hoping that the two actors would date in real life.

However, Han Ji Min is already in a public relationship with Jannabi’s Choi Jung Hoon. When asked if he was aware of the dating rumors, Lee Jun Hyuk laughed and said, "I saw it. But why are they saying something impossible?"

He continued, "At first, I was confused. I haven’t done many romantic comedies before, so reactions like this were unimaginable to me when I was younger."

Jokingly, he added, "It’s like a new level of fan engagement. But then I thought—why didn’t people tell me to ‘kill Seong-woong for real’ when I played that role? Or throw rocks at me when I was in The Outlaws?"

He then playfully declared, "From now on, I’ll join in and comment ‘You two should date’ on other actors’ posts. I need to see what it’s like!"

When talking about working with Han Ji Min, he was full of praise, saying, "People pay to watch IMAX movies, right? Well, she’s giving a high-definition performance right in front of me. I really respect and appreciate my colleagues."

He continued, "In the past, I might have just admired them, but now I understand how much effort it takes to overcome challenges in acting. It’s not easy at all."

Since Love Scout was his first time leading a romance drama, how did he feel about filming intimate scenes like kiss scenes, bed scenes, and skinship moments?

Lee Jun Hyuk calmly explained, "It wasn’t difficult. Everything is done within set guidelines, so I tried to be as precise as possible. Honestly, it’s not about me feeling flustered—it’s about making sure the audience feels the emotions."

He added, "Just like how action scenes look intense but are safely choreographed, we filmed in a secure environment. When I had to lift Ji Min, I made sure she was safe and comfortable."

His honest and playful personality has only made fans love him more!

  • Kwon Min Ah worries fans with emotional post about fear and self-blame: “Everything feels scary, I need to get it together”

Former AOA member Kwon Min Ah—who opened up in the past about being bullied—has once again shared a deep and emotional message on social media, leaving fans feeling concerned and sending love.

On April 23, Min Ah took to her Instagram to write:
“I don’t know if I’ve become completely twisted, or if I’m just scared. Maybe I’m afraid the same thing will happen again. Everything feels scary. And I want to say something sharp to myself too—get it together.”

Along with the message, she posted a selfie where she wore a red knit top, had her hair half-up, and showed a soft pout with a calm expression. Though her outfit and style looked casual, the mood of her words felt heavy.

Fans aren’t sure if Min Ah was directing the message toward someone else or simply speaking to herself. The final line, “get it together,” sounds like a tough love reminder to herself—but also makes many wonder what she’s been going through recently.

People quickly filled the comment section with supportive messages, telling her to stay strong and reminding her she’s not alone.

Min Ah debuted with AOA in 2012 and left the group in 2019. In 2020, she made headlines when she revealed that she had been bullied during her time in the group. The confession caused a huge reaction in the K-pop world, leading to conversations about idols’ mental health and group dynamics.

Recently, she surprised fans when it was revealed she began working as a manager at a dermatology clinic, showing a new side of her life outside of the entertainment spotlight.

Fans continue to cheer her on, hoping she finds peace and happiness in whatever path she chooses next.
