• Jo Jung Suk Turns Red After Huge Broadcasting Accident—His Secret Identity Exposed on Live Stream

Jo Jung Suk had a major broadcasting slip-up that led to his secret identity being exposed during a live stream!

On February 13, a video was uploaded on the Cheonggyesan Daengi Records YouTube channel, featuring a live broadcast by “Daengi Appa”, the dad character of Daengi.

The video started with Daengi Appa greeting viewers, explaining that he’d planned to stream after hitting 400,000 subscribers, but due to some technical issues, the subscriber count dropped to 375,000. He decided to go ahead with a test broadcast instead.

While speaking to the viewers, Daengi Appa tried to keep his face hidden with an emoji sticker. However, during the broadcast, he absentmindedly scratched his face, causing the emoji filter to disappear for a brief moment—revealing Jo Jung Suk’s face!

Although he quickly switched back to the emoji, his flustered expression gave it away. He laughed and said, "My face is turning red. Can you not see it?"

Viewers immediately began flooding the chat with comments like “Professor Lee Ik Jun,” “Hedwig,” and “He looks like that actor!”

Daengi Appa tried to play it cool, denying the “broadcast accident,” but his visible blush made everyone laugh.

He quickly ended the stream, saying, “If I keep going, I won’t be able to move much or turn my head, so I think this is enough.”

Fans had a blast in the comments, joking about how quickly the broadcast ended after his face was revealed.

Some even pointed out how Jo Jung Suk couldn’t stop laughing during the awkward moment. "He really got caught," one commenter wrote, while another added, "Is he giving up on hiding now?"

Jo Jung Suk’s alter ego, "Daengi Appa," has been a mysterious figure on Cheonggyesan Daengi Records, known for posting cover songs with his face hidden.

Despite fans quickly realizing it was him, Jo Jung Suk has always denied it. In a past appearance on the Lee Ji Geum channel, he said, "It’s really similar. AI technology has advanced so much. It’s amazing," but continued to keep his identity under wraps.

At a press conference for the Netflix variety show A-list to Playlist, Jo Jung Suk teased, "I think it’s time to reveal it now. Please pretend you don’t know. I want to keep fighting against the world’s preconceived notions and biases."

Looks like Jo Jung Suk's secret is finally out!

  • Fans lose it after seeing IU, Kim Seon Ho, and more "When Life Gives You Tangerines" stars reunite at one special event

On April 15, the VIP premiere of the film Yadang took place at Megabox COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul, and it quickly turned into a Poksak reunion.

The event was already buzzing with big names like Uhm Tae Woong (who made his first appearance in 8 years), Lee Min Ho, Ha Ji Won, Lee Joo Young, Hyeri, Lee Yu Bi, Kim Sung Kyun, and even Single’s Inferno 4's Lee Si An.

But the surprise appearance of severalWhen Life Gives You Tangerines cast members made fans super emotional.

IU, who played Gwansik’s daughter Geum Myeong in the Netflix series, was spotted quietly entering the theater wearing a mask. A fan who noticed her shared a photo, writing, “Poksak daughter Geum Myeong is here!”

Kim Seon Ho also showed up and quickly got attention. Fans recognized him despite the mask and commented, “Chung Seop is here too!” and “Park Hae Joon’s son-in-law came!” Kim Seon Ho made a special appearance in the series as Geum Myeong’s husband.

Before the event, Park Hae Joon shared in an interview with Xports News that he wasn’t sure who would show up, saying, “Everyone’s really busy, so it depends on the situation. But I’d be really happy if we could meet again after a long time.”

Well, they did meet again — and fans couldn’t be happier.

In Poksak, Park Hae Joon played the loving father Gwansik, but in Yadang, he takes on a much tougher role as a drug squad detective who never gives up on catching criminals. His transformation is already gaining attention from fans eager to see him in a new light.
