MeloMance’s Kim Min Seok, along with actors Kim Min Seok and Kim Sung Cheol, are facing major backlash after being linked to a controversial social media post that objectifies female idols.

On February 2, an online community post exposed the three celebrities for engaging with an Instagram account known for hosting polls that rank girl group members based on their bodies.

According to reports, MeloMance’s Kim Min Seok participated in one of these preference polls last month on the 22nd.

Meanwhile, actor Kim Min Seok (with the same name) was caught interacting with the same account’s post seven weeks ago, leaving a comment using a meme often seen in male-dominated online communities—many interpreted it as a disapproving reaction.

Similarly, actor Kim Sung Cheol was also found to have engaged with another girl group ranking poll seven weeks ago.

The social media posts in question reportedly featured slow-motion clips of female idols performing on stage, with an intentional focus on certain body parts.

Netizens reacted strongly, criticizing their actions:

“That account is made for sexual harassment. Why would they engage with it using their real accounts?”

“This is so creepy. They should know better.”

“They work in the same industry as these idols… Did they not think at all?”

SM's rookie group NCT Wish stirred up controversy during a recent live radio broadcast due to their seemingly uninterested attitude.

On April 22, SBS PowerFM's "Escape from the Two O'Clock Cultwo Show" featured Chuu, who recently made her comeback, alongside NCT Wish members.

Chuu’s bright and energetic reactions kept the atmosphere lively, but the NCT Wish members’ contrasting behavior quickly caught attention.

Throughout the broadcast, many of the members kept their eyes on the floor, gave short answers, or spoke in a vague manner, showing little enthusiasm.

During a challenge on the show, only a few members seemed engaged, while the rest appeared almost completely unresponsive. This passive behavior didn’t go unnoticed by listeners.
