  • YouTuber Lee Jin Ho banned from talking about Kim Sae Ron for three months—court recognizes stalking

YouTuber Lee Jin Ho has been ordered to stop making videos about the late actress Kim Sae Ron after the court recognized his actions as stalking.

On March 31, Kwon Young Chan, head of the Korea Celebrity Suicide Prevention Association, revealed to CBS No Cut News that Kim Sae Ron’s family won their case against Lee Jin Ho.

He stated, “The court ruled that Lee Jin Ho committed stalking and issued a provisional order. For the next three months, he is banned from broadcasting anything related to the late Kim Sae Ron and her family.”

Kwon Young Chan also shared that Kim Sae Ron’s family is preparing to take further legal action. “The family plans to file an additional lawsuit for defamation due to false information in his recent broadcasts,” he said.

Kim Sae Ron’s family had already sued Lee Jin Ho for defamation, accusing him of spreading false claims. However, the YouTuber continued to release unverified details about her personal life and family.

On March 27, her family took stronger action by filing another lawsuit against him for violating the Anti-Stalking Act and requesting court intervention. The recent ruling has now restricted Lee Jin Ho from discussing Kim Sae Ron publicly.
