BTS's V is absolutely dominating the world of photo books! His latest release, Reve (Dream), has become a global sensation, selling out both in Korea and internationally, even before it was officially released.
The photo book, which was shot in the romantic city of Paris in 2023, is titled "V's Dreamlike Moments Arrived from Paris." It showcases V's effortless charm as he captured special and intimate moments in Paris, presenting them in an exclusive postcard format. The collection highlights V's unique emotional depth, creating a chic, stylish aesthetic that stands out from the crowd.

As soon as pre-orders started, V's photo book shot straight to the #1 spot on online bookstores in Korea, such as Yes24 and Gmarket, and even on KakaoTalk. Over in Japan, Rakuten’s shopping mall was flooded with orders, causing it to take over the top three spots. Despite being in pre-order status, the photo book sold out on Japan's Weverse store, and topped Qoo10's bestseller list.
When pre-orders opened on the Universal Music Japan website, traffic surged so high that the site temporarily crashed! The intense demand only proved how eager fans were to get their hands on V's photo book. Once the site came back up, the photo book took the #1 spot across all categories, and was the most searched content on the site.
Not long after, Universal Music Japan had to announce that the photo book was completely sold out, but not to worry – they launched a second round of pre-orders, which also quickly became a bestseller, proving just how much V’s global influence is driving this photo book to the top.
The excitement surrounding the release was also reflected on social media, as the hashtags V_Reve and V IS COMING took over global trends, claiming the #1 and #2 spots, respectively. It’s clear that V’s Reve (Dream) is not just a photo book – it’s a worldwide sensation.
