• Yulhee Opens Up About Past Memories, Her Favorite Perfume, and Choi Minhwan Drama – Fans Shocked by Her Honest Revelations

Former LABOUM member Yulhee recently shared a nostalgic moment with fans, talking about her favorite perfume and the memories it brings back from her youth. But her video also reignited discussions about her past relationship with FTISLAND’s Choi Minhwan, stirring up major online buzz.

On January 6, Yulhee posted a video on her YouTube channel titled, "Perfume Recommendations for 2025 by a Fragrance Enthusiast!! Only my absolute favorites :-)". In the video, she picked up a familiar scent and said, "When I was 20 or 21, I was obsessed with this perfume. Smelling it now makes me feel like I’m back in those days. It brings back so many memories. Sometimes, when I see it, I’ll wear it again."

Born in 1997, Yulhee was reportedly secretly dating Choi Minhwan in 2017, when she was 20.

Fans were excited to hear about Yulhee’s New Year wishes, as she said on January 7, "May 2025 bring you nothing but happiness. Happy New Year!" She also announced her first YouTube content of the year would focus on her favorite fragrances, giving fans a glimpse into her personal life.

However, the perfume talk quickly turned into discussions about her rocky past with Minhwan. In 2024, Yulhee revealed shocking allegations against Minhwan, including incidents where he touched her inappropriately while drunk and even left money on her chest in front of family. She also shared recordings that suggested he visited adult entertainment venues. Following these allegations, Minhwan was reported for violating the Prostitution Punishment Act, leading to his exit from the KBS 2TV show The Return of Superman. FTISLAND later announced that the group would continue as a duo without him.

Speaking out about the situation, Yulhee said, "There were so many rumors and misunderstandings about me. Staying quiet felt like I was hurting myself more. This year has been really tough, but I want to focus on being a good mom to my children. I don’t regret my decision to divorce. I just want to live happily while raising my kids."

Yulhee also addressed malicious comments, saying, "I’ve seen so many hateful messages, and staying silent only made things worse. I’ve decided to take legal action against personal attacks and harassment. Thank you to everyone who reported these comments to my agency."

Meanwhile, Choi Minhwan responded on Weverse, denying the prostitution allegations, stating the case was dismissed due to insufficient evidence. He added, "How do you prove something you didn’t do? I have no intention of hiding or running away. I’m truly sorry."

The drama escalated when Minhwan cryptically responded to fan questions about the allegations. One fan asked, "Does this mean you can’t deny going to those establishments?" Minhwan replied with a bizarre comment about carrying a toothbrush and being hygienic. His mention of a vasectomy only added fuel to the fire.

Yulhee, now engaged in a legal battle over custody and alimony, continues to focus on her children and personal growth. Fans are rallying behind her, expressing support for her honesty and strength.

  • Park Bo Gum shows he is good with money as his Jongno apartment rises by 500 million won in just one year and sets a new record

Park Bo Gum is not just a talented actor — he’s showing he’s smart with money too!

The star of Netflix’s When Life Gives You Tangerines (폭싹 속았수다) recently made headlines after the value of his apartment jumped by a whopping 500 million won (about 370,000 USD) in just one year.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s real estate transaction records revealed on the 19th, the apartment where Park Bo Gum lives — an 84㎡ unit in Gyeonghuigung Ja-i Complex 2 in Hongpa-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul — was sold for a record-breaking 2.54 billion won on March 21st. The unit is located on the 11th floor.

When you compare it to last year’s prices, which ranged from 1.95 billion to 2.05 billion won, that’s a massive increase of about 500 million won!

Gyeonghuigung Ja-i is known as a luxury apartment complex inside Seoul’s historic Four Great Gates area. It’s super close to popular spots like Gwanghwamun, City Hall, and Seodaemun Station on Subway Line 5 — making it really easy to get to hot places like Yeouido, Mapo, and even Gangnam through Line 3’s Dongnimmun Station.

It’s reported that Park Bo Gum moved there back in 2019 after leaving Mokdong in Yangcheon-gu, choosing Gyeonghuigung Ja-i mainly for its perfect location near his work spots.

Other units in the same complex have also been seeing crazy price jumps! A 59㎡ unit recently sold for 1.85 billion won (15th floor) last month, and a 101㎡ unit was sold for 2.73 billion won (7th floor) in February.

An insider from the real estate industry said, "Apartments near palaces will likely stay in high demand because of their historic meaning, the beautiful city surroundings, and great transportation."

Looks like Park Bo Gum definitely made a smart move with this one.
