• BOYNEXTDOOR Makes History with Epic Chart Performance, "Only Today I LOVE YOU" Reaches No. 4 on Melon's 'TOP100'— Here's How

BOYNEXTDOOR is making waves like never before with their brand-new track, "Only Today I LOVE YOU." The boy group, consisting of Seongho, Riu, Myeongjae, Taesan, Lee Han, and Unhak, is seeing an incredible response to their latest release.

Released on January 6 at 6 PM, the song quickly soared up the Melon 'TOP 100' chart, debuting at No. 17 just an hour after its release. By 8 PM, it jumped to No. 9, and by midnight on January 7, it reached an impressive No. 4, marking BOYNEXTDOOR’s best performance yet on the charts. To put this in perspective, their previous hits like "Earth, Wind & Fire" from last April and "Nice Guy" from September barely cracked the lower 90s and 50s, respectively. This new track's rapid rise shows just how much BOYNEXTDOOR’s popularity has skyrocketed.

Not only is the song dominating on Melon, but it’s also making an impact globally. By 7 PM on January 6, "Only Today I LOVE YOU" entered Japan’s LINE Music 'TOP 100' at No. 28, and by midnight, it hit No. 1—holding the top spot until 7 AM. The song also charted in the Top Song charts of 12 countries including Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Nigeria, Russia, and Turkey by 9 AM on January 7.

The track's success is mirrored in its YouTube performance, where the teaser video reached No. 4 on YouTube’s trending videos on January 5. The full music video didn’t take long to grab attention either, entering No. 2 on the trending music videos and climbing to No. 1 by 1 AM on January 7, holding that spot well into the morning. It also ranked No. 6 on China’s QQ Music Korean Music Video chart, the highest among any K-pop boy group that day.

"Only Today I LOVE YOU" is a fun, upbeat dance track that adds a unique twist to the breakup genre. While it talks about the end of a relationship, the song is filled with clever, humorous lyrics that make it stand out from typical sad breakup songs. The members infused the track with playful, "life-attached" themes, making it a perfect fit for the younger MZ generation who enjoy music that’s relatable yet light-hearted.

The success of "Only Today I LOVE YOU" has also boosted BOYNEXTDOOR’s older tracks, with songs like "Nice Guy" and "Parental Advisory" charting on Melon’s 'TOP 100' by midnight on January 7. In total, eight tracks from the group made their way onto the chart, a testament to the loyal fanbase and growing recognition BOYNEXTDOOR is earning.

Fans are in for a treat as BOYNEXTDOOR prepares for their upcoming performances on music programs this week, despite their busy schedules. They’ve been working hard on this comeback, giving back to their dedicated fans, ONEDOOR.

Since their debut, BOYNEXTDOOR has been known for their unique "life-attached music"—songs that resonate deeply with listeners, touching on personal stories. Their live performances are also widely praised, earning them the title of a "trustworthy group" or "Mido" (믿고 보는 보이넥스트도어). With this latest release, it’s clear that BOYNEXTDOOR’s rise to fame is just getting started!

  • Henry’s Own Sister Got Married Without Telling the Family, He Only Found Out in a Group Chat— Here’s Why

Singer Henry revealed a surprising family story—he found out about his younger sister’s wedding at the last minute through a group chat!

On March 7, Henry is set to appear on Choi Daniel’s talk show Choi Da Cheese, where he candidly opened up about his family, childhood, and personal thoughts on marriage.

During the pre-recorded session, he shocked everyone with a story about how his own family was unaware of his sister’s wedding.

Henry shared, "When I was young, all I thought about was playing the violin and piano. My older brother, younger sister, and I were always surrounded by music, so our house felt like a music academy."

But then, he dropped a bombshell: "Recently, my sister suddenly sent a photo in our family group chat and announced her wedding. Not only me, but even our mom and dad had no idea. We were all shocked."

At first, Henry admitted he felt hurt, but after hearing his sister’s explanation, he began to understand. "She told me, ‘I didn’t want to feel stressed while preparing for the wedding. I wanted to do it just for myself.’ After hearing that, I understood her a little more."

Choi Daniel then teased him, asking, "When are you getting married? Are you going to do it quietly like your sister?"

Henry immediately shook his head, making everyone laugh, and said, "No way! I want to invite the whole world."

Henry also revealed a lesser-known side of himself beyond his "musical genius" image.

He confessed, "People think I’m naturally good, but the truth is, I have to practice three to four times more than others. Even when I stay up all night, I don’t show it."

The episode will also feature Henry talking about his first meeting with Choi Daniel, his views on marriage, and his journey in music and variety shows.

Fans can catch his full interview when Choi Da Cheese airs on March 7 at 7 PM KST on YouTube’s M:USB channel.
