• Lee Seung Gi’s Newlywed Home Revealed – A Stunning Villa Worth 10.5 Billion KRW!

Singer and actor Lee Seung Gi has upgraded his newlywed home to one of the most luxurious villas in Seoul.

The star, who tied the knot with actress Lee Da In in 2023, recently signed a lease for a stunning villa in the UN Village, Hannam-dong, setting real estate records in the process!

According to reports from January 6, Lee Seung Gi has leased a 255㎡ unit on the second floor of La Nuvo Hannam, a high-end villa known for its breathtaking Han River view and premium privacy.

The leasehold price? A jaw-dropping 10.5 billion KRW! This makes it the most expensive lease agreement recorded in Seoul for two consecutive years.

The lease, which runs until August 2026, suggests that Lee Seung Gi and his wife have moved from their previous newlywed home in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, to this luxurious property. The couple initially settled in his privately owned apartment after their wedding.

La Nuvo Hannam is a small but exclusive housing complex with only four units spread over four floors, completed in 2022. Its duplex design and expansive Han River views make it one of the most sought-after homes in the area. In fact, EXO's Baekhyun also made headlines last year when he moved into the same villa!

Currently, another unit of the same size is listed for sale at an eye-popping 22 billion KRW. This highlights the exclusivity and skyrocketing value of the property.

The UN Village is a hot spot for top-tier celebrities and business elites, thanks to its scenic views of the Han River and Namsan Tower, as well as its discreet, private structure. It’s no surprise that Lee Seung Gi, with his growing success, has chosen this prestigious location.

But this isn't Lee Seung Gi's only high-end real estate venture. He also owns a massive detached home in Seongbuk-dong, a two-story luxury residence with a total area of 1,200㎡.

Purchased in late 2021 for 5.635 billion KRW, the home reportedly involved a bank loan secured by his other properties.

With his latest move, Lee Seung Gi continues to prove that he’s not just a star in entertainment but also in real estate! Fans are excited to see what this luxurious new chapter will bring for the couple.

  • G-Dragon Seemingly Throws Shade at T.O.P and Seungri, Saying He Doesn’t Want BIGBANG as a Trio

G-Dragon has finally spoken out about BIGBANG’s future, and his words are making waves.

On the February 23 episode of Good Day, G-Dragon was seen having a deep conversation with his close friend, actor Hwang Jung Min.

During their talk, Hwang Jung Min shared his thoughts on acting, saying, “I feel more comfortable in supporting roles rather than as the lead. Being the main character means taking responsibility for everyone, but when you're in a supporting role, you can just focus on yourself”.

Hearing this, G-Dragon suddenly hit the table as if he had a realization and said, “I think I also felt uncomfortable as a solo artist but more at ease in a group. That’s why performing at MAMA with the members felt comfortable for me”.

Hwang Jung Min, who watched BIGBANG’s MAMA performance, also commented, “I could see how excited the younger artists were. They must have dreamed of becoming like BIGBANG’s GD. Even I felt thrilled watching it”.

He continued, “That’s what I love about singers. As actors, we don’t get to create those big moments in such a short time. But while performing on stage, I understood why singers love concerts. The energy with the audience is something else.”

Later, G-Dragon mentioned BIGBANG again during a gathering with other 1988-born celebrities.

While talking, Kwanghee recalled his past experiences performing alongside BIGBANG and mentioned that ZE:A had nine members. He then joked, “If I were born again, I’d practice singing a lot and be in a three-member group”.

However, G-Dragon didn’t seem amused. He quickly responded, “We didn’t become three because we wanted to”, seemingly throwing shade at T.O.P and Seungri, who left the group due to controversies.

Kwanghee, caught off guard, immediately apologized, saying, “That’s not what I meant”, causing laughter among those present.

With G-Dragon finally speaking out, fans are now wondering—what’s next for BIGBANG?
