• Jung Hyung Don Shockingly Drops 21kg, Shares Secrets to His Weight Loss Success – Here's How He Did It!

Jung Hyung Don has shocked fans with his incredible weight loss transformation!

After announcing his diet last year and shedding 10kg in just seven weeks, the comedian has now revealed that he has lost a total of 21kg in just four months – a major achievement!

Starting off at 100kg, Jung Hyung Don now weighs 79kg, a weight he hasn’t seen in years. He shared his excitement, saying, "I’ve lost 14–15kg before, but this is the first time I’ve lost over 20kg. I changed my front number three times. I’m really proud of losing 21kg, and it’s the most I’ve ever lost in my life. But, ironically, it was also the easiest diet I’ve ever done!"

Jung Hyung Don credited his success to the support of a diet expert. "I’ve tried many diets, but there always seemed to be a crisis. In the past, I would always give up during those times, but this time I had someone guiding me, so I didn’t give up. They were the best pace setter," he said, expressing his gratitude for the support he received.

After losing 10kg last year, Jung Hyung Don was able to reduce his blood pressure medication. "Before I started my diet, I was taking a lot of medication – about 100 pills. Now, I’m down to about 20–30 pills. My blood pressure is now exactly 80/120, and I think I’ll need to reduce it even more when I visit the hospital next time," he proudly shared, showing off his improved health.

Not only has his health improved, but his shopping habits have also changed. Jung Hyung Don, who used to avoid shopping, is now enjoying filling his cart with clothes after his weight loss.

"Now that I've lost weight, none of my clothes fit! I usually didn’t shop much, but these days, I’m putting a lot of clothes in my cart. My body feels lighter, but my shopping cart has gotten heavier!" he laughed, adding, "I’m being cautious with the payment, though, because I have to watch my wife’s reactions!"

Jung Hyung Don ended on a positive note, saying, "I hope many people see my transformation and get motivated to succeed in their own diets. I want to make this year enjoyable and healthy for everyone. I’ll work hard to maintain my weight and keep managing it well. I’m also looking forward to bringing healthy laughter to everyone through more active broadcasting!"

His inspiring journey proves that with the right support and determination, anyone can achieve their weight loss goals!

  • Song Kang Ho Reveals Shocking Reason He Rejected "Joint Security Area" Role at First — Find Out Why He Changed His Mind

Actor Song Kang Ho shocked fans by revealing the surprising reason he initially turned down the iconic role in Joint Security Area (JSA).

On February 4, the movie JSA was celebrated as a "Visionary" work at a special GV (Guest Visit) event for CJ ENM’s 30th anniversary at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Seoul. The event was attended by director Park Chan-wook and stars like Song Kang Ho, Lee Byung Hun, Lee Young Ae, Kim Tae Woo, and Ko Kyung Beom, who shared stories from the making of the film.

Joint Security Area, a groundbreaking film by director Park Chan-wook, tells the story of North and South Korean soldiers caught in a tragic incident at the border, highlighting the human side of the divided nations. The film has been widely praised for changing the perception of inter-Korean relations and is seen as a key moment in Korean cinema.

During the event, Song Kang Ho admitted that he turned down the JSA script at first, saying, "The script was just too perfect. It was so well-written and tightly woven that I couldn’t believe it. I thought, ‘Is this really Korean cinema at this level?’ I felt it was too good, and I figured the movie wouldn’t live up to the script."

He also mentioned that at the time, Park Chan-wook’s previous films hadn’t done well, which made him even more doubtful. "But after meeting the director, I started to trust him," Song Kang Ho added.

Reflecting on the film 20 years later, Song Kang Ho joked, "I was flipping through channels and watched JSA again. I thought, ‘There was a time when I wasn’t envious of Lee Byung Hun,’ but he looked so handsome and cool back then." He continued, laughing, "One thing about Park Chan-wook's films is that they have a depth and elegance that you just can’t forget. It’s probably why his new movie is called I Can’t Help It."

Song Kang Ho also spoke fondly of reuniting with his JSA co-stars after 25 years. He shared, "We didn’t watch the film together, but we had a cozy two-hour dinner. After all this time, it felt nostalgic. It was heartwarming to sit together again and reminisce about the past. It really made me realize how meaningful these moments are."
