• GFRIEND Delivers a Powerful Prologue Video Teasing Their Long-Awaited Return!

    GFRIEND is back, and they’re making fans’ hearts race! The group just shared exciting details about their upcoming album, including the title track and a sneak peek of the song, leaving everyone counting down the days until their comeback.

    On January 5 at noon KST, GFRIEND (Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, SinB, Umji) and Source Music revealed the tracklist for their special album, Season of Memories. The album will feature two songs: the title track Season of Memories (우리의 다정한 계절 속에) and Always, a heartfelt track co-written by Yuju and Umji.

    The title track, Season of Memories, is a beautiful and emotional song that reflects on GFRIEND’s journey together. With its moving melody, intricate arrangement, and heartfelt lyrics, the track promises to showcase the depth and passion GFRIEND is loved for.

    Fans won’t have to wait long to hear it, as the song will pre-release at noon KST on January 6, ahead of the album's full release on January 13.

    GFRIEND also treated fans to a performance prologue video on HYBE Labels’ YouTube channel at 2 PM on January 5. The video opens with the members recreating the iconic ending pose from their hit song Rough (시간을 달려서).

    Then, a dramatic black screen appears with the words, “OUR TIME HAS BEGUN TO FLOW AGAIN”, hinting at a new era for the group.

    The short clip features a snippet of the upcoming title track, combining an energetic yet nostalgic vibe that perfectly captures GFRIEND’s signature style.

    To keep the excitement going, GFRIEND has planned a series of teasers. On January 6, they’ll release new concept photos at midnight KST, followed by the album’s mood film at noon KST. On January 13, fans can expect the title track’s music video teaser at midnight, leading up to the full music video and album drop at 6 PM KST.

    Adding even more excitement, GFRIEND will perform at the 39th Golden Disc Awards on January 5 at the PayPay Dome in Fukuoka, Japan.

    BTS’s Jimin is once again proving his global dominance, especially in Japan, where his solo music continues to break records!

    Jimin's hit song "Who", from his second album MUSE, has just been awarded the prestigious Gold streaming certification from the Japan Record Association (RIAJ).

    This honor comes after "Who" surpassed a remarkable 50 million streams in February, making it the first solo song by Jimin to receive this certification in Japan!

    The Japan Record Association certifies music based on total streams, with Gold for 50 million streams, Platinum for 100 million, and Diamond for a massive 500 million.

    This achievement adds another significant milestone to Jimin’s growing solo career.

    Previously, Jimin also earned a Platinum certification for his first album FACE (for 250,000 units shipped) and a Gold certification for MUSE (for over 100,000 units shipped).
