On January 2, the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute revealed that Byun Woo Seok topped the rankings for advertisement models. Following him were football star Son Heung Min in second place and singer Lim Young Woong in third.

Byun Woo Seok’s impressive brand reputation score was 3,336,641, showing an 8.71% increase from his December score of 3,069,433. His participation index, media index, communication index, and community index all contributed to his impressive total.

Director Koo Chang Hwan of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute shared, "Byun Woo Seok’s advertisement brand is associated with words like ‘warm,’ ‘kind,’ and ‘sweet.’ Popular keywords include ‘NongHyup Bank,’ ‘EDIYA Coffee,’ and ‘Kyochon Chicken.’ The positive sentiment for Byun Woo Seok’s advertisement brand is an outstanding 93.87%."

In addition to this victory, Byun Woo Seok made headlines recently at the 9th Asia Artist Awards (AAA 2024) held on December 27 in Bangkok. He took home an impressive six awards, including Popularity Award, Asia Celebrity Award, Best Artist Award, Best Couple Award, Best OST Award, and Actor of the Year.

The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute based its analysis on over 32 million pieces of big data related to advertisement model brands collected between December 2, 2024, and January 2, 2025. The total amount of data analyzed decreased by 16.11% compared to the previous month.

The advertisement model brand reputation index is calculated using big data to assess how consumer online behavior influences brand engagement. The ranking factors in participation, media exposure, communication, and community involvement with the brands associated with the models.
