• BTS’s Jimin’s "Who" Stuns Fans as It Gets Named One of Rolling Stone India’s “10 Best K-Pop Songs of 2024” and Breaks Records Everywhere

BTS’s Jimin is proving his unstoppable power with his hit track "Who," which was named one of Rolling Stone India’s “10 Best K-Pop Songs of 2024.” The announcement came on December 23, and fans can’t stop celebrating!

Rolling Stone India showered "Who" with praise, calling it "a song made even more special and mysterious by Jimin's star power and performance." They added, "With soft lighting, dance, Jimin’s unique signature vocals, and various musical elements coming together, the song creates an almost otherworldly feeling. It perfectly highlights Jimin's voice, like a palette of sound that emphasizes his vocals just the right amount."

The song has taken India by storm, with Jimin achieving something no other Korean male solo artist has done before. "Who" debuted at No. 1 on the India Music Industry (IMI) Top 20 Singles chart, staying at the top for two weeks and in the Top 10 for an incredible 17 weeks!

The IMI Top 20 Singles chart is India’s first official music chart, based on streaming data from platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music. On Spotify India, "Who" gained over 15 million streams and held its place on the Daily Top Songs chart for 79 days, setting records as the most-streamed and longest-charting song by a Korean male solo artist.

Released on July 19, 2024, during Jimin’s military service and without any promotions, "Who" still managed to make waves globally. The track was named No. 1 on Spotify’s “Global Top K-Pop Songs of the Year” and crowned the Best K-Pop Solo Song in Apple Music’s “Best of 2024 K-Pop World.”

Even while serving in the military, Jimin’s impact remains unmatched. On December 27, he took home the Best Male Solo Musician award at the 9th Asia Artist Awards (AAA 2024) held in Bangkok, Thailand, reminding fans why he’s a global sensation.

With "Who" breaking records and winning hearts everywhere, it’s no surprise that Jimin continues to shine as a true icon of K-pop. Have you listened to "Who" yet? If not, you’re missing out on a masterpiece!
