Sofia Carson, who joined Jimin for the track from his second solo album MUSE, recently shared the behind-the-scenes details during an interview on MTV in the U.S.
When asked how the collaboration came about, Sofia revealed, “Jimin’s team reached out to me a year ago, and I was so surprised. They invited me to Seoul, where we filmed a live performance music video in one of the city’s skyscrapers.”
She went on to describe their first meeting, saying, “We shot the video late at night, and it was the first time we met in person. Jimin seemed like he was made of honey—so kind and the sweetest person ever. We got along incredibly well and had such a great time bringing this collaboration to life.”

Slow Dance has continued to break records, surpassing 10 million streams on Melon by November 13 and 64 million streams on Spotify by December 24. It also reached 50,000 Shazams, proving its enduring popularity.
