• Yoo Ah In Sells Famous Itaewon House to a Kid—7-Year-Old Buyer Pays in Cash with No Loans!

Actor Yoo Ah In, who is currently on trial for drug-related charges, has sold his Itaewon-dong home to an unlikely buyer—a 7-year-old child who reportedly paid the full 6.3 billion won in cash!

On December 26, reports revealed that the ownership of Yoo Ah In's three-story Itaewon house, including a basement level, was officially transferred on December 19.

The real estate contract was signed on November 20, making headlines due to the young buyer's identity.

Yoo Ah In initially purchased the home in 2016 for 5.8 billion won under his agency, U Company Co., Ltd.

The property gained attention when it was featured on the popular variety show I Live Alone. Last month, amid his ongoing legal troubles, Yoo Ah In decided to sell the house, earning a 500 million won profit.

What shocked everyone was the buyer—a child born in July 2017. The 7-year-old, identified only by the surname Park, managed to pay the full amount in cash with no loans involved.

The child’s registered address reportedly matches that of Park Hwa Mok, the CEO of Peace Peace Studio, and his wife, designer Lee Soo Hyun.

Meanwhile, Yoo Ah In’s legal issues continue to draw attention. In October, he was indicted for administering propofol 181 times between 2020 and 2022, using another person’s name to obtain sleeping pills, and smoking marijuana during a U.S. trip. In September, a court sentenced him to one year in prison, finding him guilty of habitual drug use.

However, prosecutors appealed the sentence, pushing for a four-year prison term. During the second trial on December 24, Yoo Ah In appealed for leniency, saying, “I will never forget the gravity of the law and will not repeat my mistakes.”

The verdict for the second trial is expected early next year, while the sale of his famous Itaewon home continues to spark curiosity about its new young owner.

  • EXO's Xiumin blocked from performing on KBS’s ‘Music Bank’? His agency says the broadcast station won’t even respond

Xiumin’s agency, ONE HUNDRED, has spoken out about his unexpected exclusion from KBS 2TV’s Music Bank.

On March 4, the agency released an official statement, saying, “Xiumin, under INB100, is preparing for his solo comeback with Interview X on March 10, his first in two years and six months."

They added, "We have tried multiple times to reach out to KBS to secure a stage for him, but they have completely ignored us.”

The agency also revealed shocking details, stating, “Recently, KBS unofficially told us that Xiumin cannot appear on Music Bank or any programs where SM Entertainment artists are also performing.”

They continued, “We have repeatedly contacted KBS, asking them to put the artist and his fans first, but they won’t even respond.”

ONE HUNDRED strongly criticized the situation, saying, “As a public broadcast station, KBS should not be making decisions based on a specific company’s stance."

They added, "This is extremely unfair. We have done everything we can to resolve this, and we’re deeply disappointed to have to break this news to fans.”

Despite the setback, the agency reassured fans, promising, “Even if Xiumin can’t appear on KBS, we won’t give up. We’ll find even better opportunities for him to showcase his performances in front of fans.”

Meanwhile, Xiumin, who moved to INB100 (a subsidiary of ONE HUNDRED LABEL) in 2023, is set to release his second mini-album, Interview X, on March 10.

Fans are now waiting to see how this situation unfolds.
