• god's Park Joon Hyung Shares Hilarious Behind-the-Scenes Stories, Talks About IU’s Luxury Gifts, and Shocking Wild Ginseng Price

Park Joon Hyung, the eldest member of legendary K-pop group god, isn’t just celebrating 25 years of success—he’s also spilling stories that have fans and celebrities laughing nonstop!

On the December 25 episode of MBC’s Radio Star, Park Joon Hyung appeared alongside Jo Hyun Ah, chef Jung Ji Sun, and YouTuber Chungju Man for a special titled "I Love You and Remember You." The show brought together some of the most memorable guests of the year for an episode packed with humor, nostalgia, and surprises.

Park Joon Hyung proudly talked about god’s incredible legacy, revealing that even after 25 years, their concerts are still selling out. “It’s amazing to see the love from fans,” he shared, smiling. He also dropped a surprising fact: IU, one of Korea’s top solo artists, is a huge fan of god and has attended their concerts secretly in the past!

But what really caught everyone’s attention was when Park shared the extraordinary gifts IU gave him after he performed as a guest at her concert. “She gave me luxury sunglasses, and then there was wild ginseng!” he said, his eyes widening. The real shock came later when he found out the price of the wild ginseng through a friend. “I was blown away—it’s way more expensive than I thought!” he added, leaving everyone curious about the exact cost.

The fun didn’t stop there. Park revealed that god was the first idol group to perform 100 concerts, and he even corrected a mistake in an online encyclopedia about their album sales, stating the real numbers were much higher. “Please fix it!” he joked, sparking laughter from the audience.

The episode turned into a laugh fest when Park talked about his close ties with producer Park Jin Young (JYP). He hilariously recalled following JYP’s stage advice, which led to a broadcast accident so legendary it “should be in history books.”

And who could forget the infamous “Popeye pants incident”? Park revisited the story of his suspenders-style pants malfunction during a bathroom trip years ago. “It was chaos,” he said, leaving everyone in stitches with the vivid and hilarious details.

When asked about his most memorable Christmas, Park got sentimental as he talked about proposing to his wife. But somehow, the story turned into another hilarious tale about smell-related mishaps, making the cast and viewers burst into laughter once again.

Between his heartwarming memories and comedic storytelling, Park Joon Hyung once again proved why he’s a fan favorite after all these years. Fans are loving his candid personality, his love for his group, and, of course, the stories about IU’s thoughtful (and pricey!) gifts!
