After 14 long years, Baby V.O.X. is back and better than ever! The iconic K-pop girl group (Lee Hee-jin, Kan Mi-yeon, Kim E-ji, Yoon Eun-hye, and Shim Eun-jin) reunited for a full performance at the 2024 KBS Gayo Daechukje Global Festival, and it was a night fans won’t forget.
The event, held on December 20 at KINTEX in Ilsan, was hosted by Zico, IVE's Jang Wonyoung, and actor Kim Young-dae. The moment that stole the show was Baby V.O.X.’s highly anticipated full-group performance after over a decade apart!
The group performed some of their biggest hits like “Get Up” and “Uyeon,” thrilling the audience with their timeless music. But the excitement didn’t stop there! They also teamed up with the rising girl group KISS OF LIFE for a special collaboration stage, where they performed “Killer,” leaving fans in awe.
After the unforgettable performance, the members took a moment to share updates about their lives. Kim E-ji revealed, “We’ve all been living our lives in our own ways. I became a mother of two.” Lee Hee-jin added, “I’ve been working in theater, so I hope many people come to see me.”
Yoon Eun-hye shared a behind-the-scenes look at their intense preparation, saying, “We practiced for two weeks, staying up all night, watching the performance over and over again. Even though I got tired of it, I think I’ll want to watch it again tomorrow.”
Kan Mi-yeon expressed her gratitude, saying, “Thanks to this, we got to laugh and cry together and have such a great time.” Shim Eun-jin wrapped up the heartfelt reunion with a sweet message: “It was so hard, but I love you all,” showing her love for her fellow members.
The reunion was a true celebration of friendship, music, and memories, and Baby V.O.X. proved that after 14 years, they still have the magic that made them legends in K-pop!
